These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by ApexWeb LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you"). By engaging ApexWeb LLC for a project, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply once you approve a written quote and/or make a payment for services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed with a purchase.
ApexWeb LLC provides website design, development, SEO, and related digital services as described on our Services and Pricing pages, or as outlined in a custom written quote. The specific scope for your project is defined in your invoice, quote, or written agreement.
Fixed packages are invoiced before work begins. Custom projects may be split into milestone payments as agreed in writing. Prices listed on our website are subject to change, but the price quoted to you in writing for your project will be honored.
Our Refund Policy, available on this website, describes how cancellations and refund requests are handled at each stage of a project.

Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the delivery timeline.
Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds during the design and build phase, as described for that package. Requests for work outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you. ApexWeb LLC retains the right to display the completed project in our own portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or frameworks used to build the site remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed, not sold, as part of the project.
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, stock photography, fonts, or plugins. Any fees, terms, or licenses required by these third parties are separate from our services and are the client's responsibility to maintain (for example, ongoing hosting or domain renewal fees).
ApexWeb LLC will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or sales results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may end a project before completion. Our Refund Policy describes how payments are handled if a project is cancelled before, during, or after completion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you engage our services is the version that applies to your project.
